Return Policy
Parts may not be returned after 7 days. All part returns must be accompanied with original receipt.
- All returns will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
- All Special-Order Parts and Equipment must be prepaid in full.
- Arborist Supplies, Electrical Parts, and Special-Order Parts are not returnable.
- Equipment Sales are final.
- There are no returns or exchanges for Equipment.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
- Opened or Used
- Missing their Serial Number or UPC
- Special Orders (returned at our discretion)
