Service Information
Our service staff consists of the highest-trained, factory-certified technicians who are up-to-date with the ongoing changes in 2-cycle, 4-cycle, battery, and diesel technologies. We stock the largest selection of OEM parts in the D.C. Metro area. We offer a pick-up and delivery service for an additional charge. We service all makes and models of outdoor power equipment, not just the brands we sell.
All of our technicians are factory-certified to perform repairs and warranty work on your equipment.
Shop Rate: $125.00/hour
Shop Rate does not include parts. Repairs will be charged for mechanic’s labor and the parts needed to complete the repair.
A deposit is required on all equipment checked-in to be serviced or repaired. This non-refundable deposit will be applied towards the repair of the unit. If you request an estimate and decline the provided estimate, the deposit will not be refunded.
- $125.00 for 21″ Lawn Mowers and Hand-Held Equipment.
- $250.00 for Tractors, Large Walk-Behind Mowers, Pressure Washers, and Generators.
A storage fee of $5.00 per day will be assessed on all 21” mowers and 2-cycle equipment not picked up within 5 days of notification. All tractors and commercial mowers will be charged $10.00 per day.
Units that the estimate is declined will not be reassembled upon return.
